After the system cancels the meeting, DeskFlex will automatically send a notification of choice to the meeting planner. The software supports email, text, or mobile app notices. In addition, invited members will also receive their alert for the canceled session to avoid hassle for everyone. That way, other users who may need the room can automatically see its availability for booking.
